Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
If you're looking to clean up mess fast then a robot vacuum and mop is the best way to go. The best robot vacuums and mops that I test had superior navigation and mapping. They sucked up Cheerios and fake dog turds, well as wires that were tangled.
You can also schedule cleaning tasks through an app and monitor their progress.
1. Roborock S8 maxV Ultra
The Roborock S8 MaxV is the most efficient robot mop and vacuum combination. It is equipped with the latest features. This premium vacuum is quick and agile and picked up pet hair and human dander almost flawlessly in our Debris Pickup Test. It also features a sleek app interface with a miniature map of your home and some on-screen buttons for manual control.

The S8's Dirt Detection Technology enables it to change the cleaning mode based on dirt levels. It will pause and wash its mopping pad more often when it encounters dust, while prioritizing carpeted areas to be mopped with a damp pad.
The mop roller comes with many other smart features, including docks that connects to your home's plumbing system to clean and wash it without you needing to refill the mop. With the built-in voice assistant in the S8 it is possible to use voice commands to control room cleaning modes and the ability to control granular settings using only your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
If you're looking for a hands-free robot vacuum that can mop the Yeedi Cube is one of the more versatile choices. It's among the many combination robot vacuums that have mops that are also priced lower than other models.
Like all robovacs, the Yeedi Cube also requires some work to get it started. This includes setting up an account on the app and connecting the device to your WiFi network. After that, however the robot is able to begin cleaning and mopping easily.
It is important to note that mapping takes some time and may require a few attempts before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate picture of your space. Additionally, object detection can be unpredictable; it was able to get around furniture and other obstacles but was stuck on a looser tassel rug and had to flip itself over to free itself. But these are minor flaws and the Yeedi Cube is still a great option for those looking for an all-in-one solution for cleaning.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a three-in one home cleaning solution. Its innovative mopping feature a rotating motion similar to hand scrubbing, which results in floors that are truly cleaned and not just cleaned. The detachable vacuum stick is an innovative tool that can reach areas where a robot vacuum cannot.
This model is essentially identical to the popular X2 Omni but with a slightly higher suction capacity of 8,700Pa and a few additional features that are smart. The upgraded RGBD sensor is able to learn your home better and offer dynamic obstacle avoidance. The smart app lets you customize the settings of your choice that include scheduling, AI cleanings, and setting virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo is also self-prepping by having both the robot vacuum and mop returning to their charging station after each task to clean their pads and empty their dust bins and place debris into bags that self-seal. This helps keep the system tidy and stops allergens from returning to the system. And its battery life is long enough to cover large areas without requiring a recharge mid-clean.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
The Eufy S1 Pro is a premium robot vacuum and mop that comes with impressive features at affordable prices. It is equipped with a powerful 8,000 Pa suction, a moving floor brush for carpets, and a great obstacle avoidance. It also has a unique mopping system, which utilizes a continuous roller doused with water to pull dirt and then deposit it in the water that is dirty tank.
Its navigation system performed well. It stayed clear of steps and walked close to walls without falling. It was unable to handle fine debris and didn't always clear the thresholds in rooms. Its operating noise level is also high, so this model may not be as easy to set and forget as other models.
The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, has a docking technology that allows it to refill its clean water tank, empty the dust bin and dry and wash the mop, and empty its mop pad. This makes maintenance easier and lets the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors in line with an established schedule. Eufy's application lets you manage all the functions. It provides a clear overview with plenty of configuration options.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum/mower is among the top vacuums/mowers on the market. It delivers amazing results when it comes to mopping and vacuuming. Its LIDAR mapping sensor can detect furniture legs and other obstacles with good precision, and the app lets users fine-tune coverage of the map, define zones that are not allowed to enter, and set cleaning preferences. The main roller brush is also designed to stop hair from wrapping around it, which is a major issue with many robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode is impressive too and comes with Reuleaux triangular mop heads that spin at 180 RPM and can apply up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system also includes intelligent carpet detection, lifting these pads upward when they're close to soft surfaces to avoid contaminating the carpet.
The docking station that is all-in-one functions as a hands-free maintenance center, automatically washing and drying the mops before refilling them with water and detergent. The base station also comes with integrated dust processing that compacts dust for 7 weeks of uninterrupted operation, unlike conventional robot vacuums which empty their dust bins every time they are cleaned.
6. affordable robot vacuum is only a few hundred dollars more expensive than the S8 and does an excellent job of keeping my office clean. It is also able to reach the corners of my small apartment. It uses laser mapping system and camera to create a 3D-map of your home so that it can know what to stay clear of. It also has a detector for objects and obstructions that can block things like toys and dog bowls (but not the poop) unlike most vacuums.
It has other great standout features, including an automatic emptying dustbin and a mop pad self-washing and adjustable to the temperature of the water, and a side-reaching sweeper brush that can reach areas other mops miss. You can also set your own cleaning schedule in the app and set custom the settings for each room of your home.
Similar to the S8 It also has multi-room smart mapping that can distinguish between laminate, carpets and hardwood with high-pile rugs. If you're looking to cut down on time, it can even skip mopping in rooms that aren't soiled. If you have a wide range of flooring in your home and don't wish to spend more money on a Roborock that has advanced mapping capabilities, this is an excellent option.
7. Q5 Pro
This robot is a great option to consider if you're looking for a versatile robot that can perform regular maintenance and touch-ups for messy water stains. It has a range of features such as a self-emptying dustbin and a separate dock for refilling water, and adjustable settings through the app. It's quite quiet, and it's able to maneuver around furniture legs and socks with ease. It can't pick knots in the rug, and its battery drains faster than other models we've tried.
The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a beast that provides a powerful suction and convenient automation in a sleek. It wasn't as efficient as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our vacuuming tests however, it did well. It also offers a range of cleaning modes to suit your needs, from the low-power 'Quiet' option for lightweight debris to the more powerful 'Turbo' option for carpeted rooms. It can even automate the removal and reattachment of mop pads without causing your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is a great two-in-one robot vacuum and mop for those who live in cramped spaces. It's silent and fast, and it can navigate tight spaces well. It also does a very good job of removing pet hair out of carpeting.
It's smaller than most of its rivals, but it doesn't sacrifice features. It has a decent amount of suction power and it's possible to take a picture of any object it finds (i.e. chew toys or socks, etc.)) and mark them as 'not found' in the app so that they don't get taken up in subsequent cleanings. The photos are secure, and are not tied to your account.
It's great for vacuuming, but not so great in mopping. It uses disposable wet wipes that you clip to the bot's bottom, and it essentially drags them around your floor. Compare this with the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal models, which come with water reservoirs that automatically wash and reattach their mopheads.
